Between Us

"Outside, the air is so tender that you'd like to detach pieces of it, keep them at the bottom of treasure boxes, and bring them out again on the grayest winter days."

“Outside, the air is so tender that we would like to detach it, keep pieces at the bottom of boxes with treasure tips and bring them out on winter days that are too gray.”

Sleeping Beauty, " Tales of Crime ", Pierre DUBOIS

As a visual artist with a botanical bent, I develop a universe where nature reinvents itself through color, material, and gesture. Drawing, painting, textiles, and the creation of three-dimensional forms nourish a multidisciplinary practice, extended by the creation of frescoes or larger pieces that occupy space and engage in a dialogue with the landscape and architecture on a human scale.

My work explores plant forms, their rhythms and their metamorphoses, between observation and sensitive interpretation.

Inspired by many artists and artistic movements, I seek to translate a lively and vibrant experience of the world and above all my own experience or mood of the moment of the day and of the season.

At the crossroads of techniques and media, my approach is part of a continuous movement of experimentation, where each creation becomes a poetic variation around the landscape and living things.

When I create, I like to think of the energy of a small seed that has just been planted in the ground... I imagine it blazing!
